Required Experience
- High School diploma or its equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service orientation; able to deal with challenging situations in a calm and positive manner
- Ability to communicate effectively -- orally, by phone, in person, and in writing.
