Senior Enrollment Coordinator - CTU Online

Sr Enrollment Coordinators provide administrative and customer service support for the student enrollment cycle on behalf of the Admissions department.
- Train and mentor Enrollment Coordinators in accordance with the University Employee Handbook, Catalog, and standard operating procedures under the guidance of Supervisor
- Facilitate daily work flow of the team under the guidance of Supervisor, including inbox requests, enrollments, quality assurance, and other functions
- Create and maintain workflow scheduling
- Manage lead data and audit applications to ensure the University requirements are met
- Maintain secondary audit to ensure initial audit and data entry correspond post enrollment and prior to other departments' activities
- Accurate data entry of key indicators and confidential student information
- Provide customer service for University departments within service level times
- Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets to record history and report on key indicators
- Executes special research and tasks
- May serve as a Project Manager on projects and would be responsible for the overall management and success of the project
- Provides analytic and specialized support of consistently complex projects
- Assist in electronic filing through imaging system
- Archival of physical documents to onsite and offsite storage
- Act as point of contact for administrative team in absence of the Supervisor of Admissions Services
- Backup support for reception desk coverage, Enrollment Coordinators, Quality Assurance Specialists, Attendance Coordinators
- Work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Travels to other sites as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Six or more months of experience as a general administrative assistant for the University
- Demonstrated capabilities in training others in the Admissions administrative process
- Must be extremely confidential and have excellent communication skills.
- Use discretion and independent judgment and primarily solves problems where there are clear alternatives
- Apply analysis to generate and implement solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
- Requirements include at least 1+ years of demonstrated administrative experience preferred
