Qualifications
- BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
- 10+ years of experience in a business leadership role, building and leading high-performing teams
- Mastery of key sales and marketing best practices, systems and tools
- Data-driven and adept at working with numbers
- Extensive experience managing budgets
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to dive into new, unfamiliar environments and learn quickly
- A massive sense of humor, optimism, and an ability to roll with lots of changes
