Education and Experience:  Minimum

• Doctorate in Business from a regionally accredited institution
• 5+ years of academic leadership experience in higher education managing undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs
• 5+ years of college/university teaching experience in an online environment, with demonstrated expertise in supporting student success.
• Extensive experience with ACBSP programmatic accreditation
• Strong understanding of current trends in discipline-specific core competencies
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development
• Strong assessment experience

Education and Experience:  Preferred

• Experience teaching working adults
• Outstanding technology skills and knowledge
• Experience in administration of online education
