Education and Experience: Minimum
- 3-5 years experience as a facilitator/trainer in a professional setting.
- Proven experience consulting with business managers and determining training needs and solutions.
- Implemented organization development, training and or change management initiatives.
- Program development that follows recognized adult learning methods required.
- Skilled facilitator with exceptional presentation skills required.
- Experienced in facilitating team building interventions.
- Prior performance coaching experience.
Education and Experience: Preferred
- Facilitation certificate
- Data analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree
