Required Experience
- Must be extremely detail oriented, confidential, impartial, and objective
- Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment to solve problems where there may not be clear alternatives
- Must be able to apply analysis in order to generate and implement solutions considering short and long term effects
- Requires ability to train and manage multiple roles across sites and shifts
- Requires ability to research and analyze data
- Requires ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects and maintain deadlines
- Must be able to effectively communicate across multiple sites and shifts within a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent PC and other clerical skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education required
- Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated Enrollment Coordinator experience or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of demonstrated leadership experience required
