Required Experience
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) in Business or Marketing and/or relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant CRM/direct consumer marketing experience
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, constantly-changing environment
- Strong relationship-builder; verbal and written communication skills
- First-hand experience with CRM and email systems
- Experience working with a consumer marketing organization and/or a relationship/customer marketing organization
- Self-starter, independently initiating and driving projects towards completion. Ability to both drive change, while also collaborating effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations
- Experience reviewing and generating actionable insights from data
- Proficient with MS Office – especially Excel
Preferred
- MBA from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) or Master’s level marketing, communications or business degree from the same.
- Knowledge of best practices for creating email templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws
- Background in online marketing with an understanding of web analytics and emphasis on email list marketing, delivery, database marketing and analytics
