Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science Information Systems, Business Analysis or related field.

Strong knowledge of HR concepts, processes, practices, and procedures required.

Strong experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2

6-8 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM
Preferred

Strong knowledge of SQL preferred

Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, ePerformance, eCompensation and Benefits preferred.

Experience with Oracle Taleo modules a plus
