EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM):
- Bachelor's Degree
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)
- MBA
- Minimum of five years of experience working with corporate, government and/or military outreach, higher education partnerships.
- Veteran of the US Armed Forces

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Expertise in project planning and goal setting
- Ability to plan, organize, coach, set objectives, meet deadlines, work independently, think creatively to reach new students, manage multiple projects, and determine project urgency
- Possess an understanding of military population and familiarity with Distance Learning (on –line) and Adult Education
- Ability to be hands-on, decisive and confident; yet can be immersed in the details while not losing sight of the big picture
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to be committed to the university’s mission and passionate about education
- Possess an understanding of military community and voluntary education
