Sales Operations Consultant – Salesforce Administrator
Education and Experience: Minimum
· Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
· 2+ years of Salesforce management or related CRM experience
· In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com and related tools including experience with dashboards, workflows, custom objects, training, and reporting
· History of successfully working cross-functionally to achieve results
· History of successfully deploying sales operations projects and measuring results
Education and Experience: Preferred
· Salesforce Administrator Certification
· Experience in sales operations, sales product development, business to business (B2B) sales, or related C suite business relationship building experience
· Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on behalf of a college, university, or other educational institution
· Understanding of university operations including student enrollment, marketing, and recruiting
