Knowledge of Data privacy policies and procedures (FERPA);

Record retention policies;

Generally accepted AACRAO guidelines; Academic policies and procedures, or knowledge in a similar compliance driven role.

Strong computer software skills, including the experience with a student information system;

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment;

Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
Education and Experience: Minimum

Associate's degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) or equivalent related experience required

2 years of experience in customer service or higher education environment
Education and Experience: Preferred

Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) preferred

Experience in registrar’s office environment
