Education and Experience:  Minimum

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required

• 2+ years’ full-cycle recruitment experience in a direct hire, non-agency environment.

• Demonstrated experience creating sourcing strategies

• Knowledge of appropriate employment practices and laws

• Demonstrated experience leveraging technology-driven recruiting solutions and tools, including an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Experience using Boolean and X-ray techniques, cold calling, job boards, social networking and internal databases to research and source candidates

• Strong understanding of social media and employer branding resources to market company and attract passive job seekers

• Experience with high-volume recruiting in a B2C environment.

Education and Experience:  Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

• Corporate role recruiting experience

• Working knowledge of the Taleo ATS

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing social sourcing strategies
