Qualifications
Unencumbered, active U.S. Registered Nurse license

Masters of Science in Nursing and terminal degree from a regionally accredited institution in a business or healthcare related discipline, with a minimum of 15 semester or 23 quarter hours of graduate coursework in the discipline from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) required
Online academic nursing program leadership required
Experience in academic leadership oversight of a Nurse Practioner or Doctor of Nursing Practice program required
Nursing curriculum experience required
History and continuation of nurse thought leadership or scholarly activities is expected

5 or more years teaching experience at the collegiate level, with diverse online, blended, and campus-based experiences a plus.

5 or more years professional experience in an organizational setting relevant to Colorado Technical University’s programs preferred, with a diverse set of industry, academic, strategic, and personnel experiences a plus.

3 or more years of progressive experience managing faculty teams required, including hiring, support, evaluation, and development responsibilities, with online, blended, and/or campus-based faculty management experience a plus.
