  • Ability to physically work in the United States while performing all responsibilities of the position for Colorado Technical University.

 

Qualifications           

  • A terminal degree from a regionally accredited institution in an engineering related discipline, with a minimum of 15 semester or 23 quarter hours of graduate coursework in the discipline from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent).

  • Other requirements specific to the discipline and/or programmatic accreditation, including active, valid, and unencumbered licensure or certification.

  • 5 or more years teaching experience at the collegiate level, with diverse online, blended, and campus-based experiences a plus.

  • 5 or more years professional experience in an organizational setting relevant to Colorado Technical University’s programs preferred, with a diverse set of industry, academic, strategic, and personnel experiences a plus.

  • 3 or more years of progressive experience managing faculty teams required, including hiring, support, evaluation, and development responsibilities, with online, blended, and/or campus-based faculty management experience a plus.
