Operations Coordinator - DigitalCrafts

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience preferably in customer service and/or a client facing role.
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Motivated and passionate about building the tech community in your city.

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior professional experience working in or around the world of technology or education. If you’re new to tech, that’s okay, but you’ll have to learn to talk the talk pretty quick!
• Previous experience as a student or employee at a coding bootcamp.

Position Logistics

• This position is located in Atlanta, GA. This position will be expected to report onsite to DigitalCrafts’ local campus at American Intercontinental University in the Perimeter/Dunwoody area.
• As the primary point of contact for DigitalCrafts’ programs, this position will be expected to work hours that will best meet the needs of the cohorts they oversee. For our full time cohorts this will be 9:00am - 5:00pm EST and our part time cohorts this will be 11:00am - 7:00pm EST.
• No international candidates, no corp to corp or sponsorship available.
