The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team through project and timeline management, campaign execution, market research and data gathering and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing calendar: Managing our marketing calendar and timing our team’s efforts with industry needs.

Website management: Manage copy, visual comms, and A/B tests to keep up with new releases and to iterate on changes to improve the user experience.

Project management: Keeping the team on track with project timelines and launch schedules; communicating needs and deadlines and coordinating tasks.

Internal comms: Improve internal processes by managing planning docs, our team workspace on Notion our project pages in Asana and Slack updates.

Campaign coordination and execution: Support marketing campaigns, using system tools to reach leads and existing users.

Data & metrics: Analyze data and tracking key metrics for our marketing channels. Suggest ways to continually improve campaigns and programs.

Market research: Keep Hippo relevant to our users by coordinating customer interviews and annual surveys and compiling competitor analyses.

Qualifications:

● 1 year of marketing experience

● BA/BS degree in marketing-related field 

● Basic understanding of digital marketing channels

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

● Data-driven and adept at working with numbers

● Passion for the industry and our mission

● Interest in marketing best practices, processes and tools

● Exceptional organizational and project management skills

● Ability to dive into new, unfamiliar environments and learn quickly

● Ability to manage yourself and your work remotely
