Education and Experience : Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) in a business-related field.

7 years of progressive HR experience
- 5 years of recruiting experience
- 1 years of management experience in a medium to large corporate recruiting environment
Preferred
- Master's Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) in a business-related field.
