Required Skills
- Excellent keyboarding and PC skills (Word, Excel,) skills. Minimal errors expected.

- Knowledge of all applicable federal and state regulations and all accrediting agencies standards and requirements related to admissions.
- Excellent computer skills – experience with Microsoft (WORD, Excel, Outlook) required

- Ability to achieve success individually and as part of a team in a highly structured, well-defined work environment
- Possesses excellent verbal communication skills and outstanding written communication skills

- Possesses a thorough understanding of all applicable school systems and tools, and uses them effectively: the Inquiry Management System, Program Central, Slideshow, Virtual Campus, Stitch-in Site, ADM, Ellen, IEX, and PeopleSoft.
- Possesses a thorough and demonstrable level of knowledge of school programs.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the school’s knowledge and accreditation standards.
- Successfully completes admissions certification, compliance and product knowledge checks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and achieve goals.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or GED from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- 2 years experience in customer service/support with data entry
Preferred
- Associates or Bachelors Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- 6 months of Admissions experience
- 2 years Campus Management
