Qualifications
- Terminal degree from a regionally accredited institution in higher education accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) required.
- 18 graduate hours in business, management, or related topics are required.
- 5 years teaching experience at the collegiate level, with online, diverse blended, or campus-based experiences preferred.
- Technical expertise with Tableau dashboard, MS Excel, data visualization, business analytics for organizational improvement, and campus operations platforms preferred.
- 5 years of professional experience in an organizational setting relevant to Colorado Technical University’s business programs preferred, with a diverse set of industry, academic, strategic, and personnel experiences preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in campus operations including scheduling/operational decisions; student/public relations events; and business, community, and industry outreach preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience managing or coordinating teams preferred, including hiring, support, evaluation, coaching, and development responsibilities, with online, blended, and/or campus/office management experience.
- Availability to attend assist in the planning of required campus events such as weekly on-campus coverage, special events, site visits, meetings, and symposia.
