- Master’s degree in English or Communications from a regionally accredited institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- Terminal degree from a regionally accredited institution in higher education accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with adult learners in support areas.
5 years teaching experience at the collegiate level, with diverse online, blended, and campus-based experiences a plus.
5 years of professional experience in an organizational setting relevant to Colorado Technical University’s programs preferred, with a diverse set of industry, academic, strategic, and personnel experiences a plus.
1 to 3 years of progressive experience managing or coordinating faculty teams required, including hiring, support, evaluation, and development responsibilities, with online, blended, and/or campus-based faculty management experience a plus.
