IRC Remote Contact Systems Coordinator - Part Time - CEC Tempe
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience working in a call center environment, handling inbound/outbound call
- Demonstrated success performing in a remote working arrangement preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Competencies
- Computer Skills (Office Suite) and the ability to maneuver throughout various computer programs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English proficiency required.
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain work discipline and motivation in a remote environment.
- Ability to quickly implement coaching into practice.
- Ability to adapt to new processes, including those which involve technology.
Technical & Home Office Equipment Requirements:
CEC will provide a computer and head set. All other equipment and technology is required to be supplied and appropriately maintained by the employee. Substantiation of suitable technology requirements, as outlined below, will be required to be considered a candidate for this position.
- Broadband internet connection - DSL or Cable (No satellite, dial-up or wireless Internet connections)
- Minimum Internet Speed of 3mb down/1 mb up, dedicated for use by remote agent applications.
- Note: Simultaneous use of Internet streaming applications and other large uploads/downloads can interfere with agent applications.
- Physically-cabled Ethernet connection to home network.
- Suitable home work environment free from noise and distractions.
