Requires knowledge of research skills, organizational skills to manage several projects simultaneously, efficiency measures for course design, collaborative team skills

Microsoft Office software, Learning Content Management System application, maintaining tracker software

Excellent verbal and written communication, production skills, and collaborative work style needed

Required Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred (preferably in education, instructional design, instructional technology, business, or IT) from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design including writing, developing educational materials, performing instructional design, interacting with subject matter experts
