Institutional Research Analyst - CalSouthern University (Higher Education/Institutional Research Experience Required)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience in Higher Education or Research
• 3 years in a business environment doing similar work/business analytics

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)

• Master’s Degree

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

• Data and analytics
• Quantitative research
• LMS backend including Canvas and D2L
• Excel and Access 
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Strong writing/proofreading skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional, preferably including SharePoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Manage simultaneously multiple projects with different stakeholders
• Establish collaborative relationships with a wide variety of departments and leaders 
• Work autonomously on complex projects with internal and external responsibility
