Education and Experience: Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business or HR-related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting matrix organizations
- 2+ years of Employee Relations experience
- Experience in creating and analyzing HR data
Education and Experience: Preferred
- Master’s Degree in HR or MBA or other business-related field
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Experience with HRIS software; PeopleSoft, ADP, and Taleo
