- Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to human resources
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business or HR Related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, supporting large organizations
- 2 or more years of Employee Relations experience
Preferred Experience
- Master’s Degree in HR or MBA or other business related field
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
