Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Competencies

• Knowledge of educational measurement and assessment

• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Connect

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication and skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)

Education and Experience: Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education (or degree as required by local accreditation regulations) from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

• 5 years’ experience of teaching at the college post- secondary level, preferably in online and/or blended

• Experience in training instructional staff at the college level

Education and Experience: Preferred

• Master’s degree in Education or Organizational from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

• Development/Training-related field

• 2 years training or development experience with instructional staff at the college or corporate level

• Experience in Instructional Technology

• Experience in Instructional Design

• Experience with graphic design
