Qualifications
- A terminal degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum of 18 semester or 27 quarter hours of graduate coursework in the discipline.
- Other requirements specific to the program discipline and/or programmatic accreditation, including active, valid, and unencumbered licensure or certification.
- 5 or more years’ academic management experience in an organizational setting relevant to Colorado Technical University’s programs, with a diverse set of industry, academic, strategic, and personnel experiences preferred.
- 5 or more years’ academic curriculum development and faculty management experience at the collegiate level, with diverse online, blended, and campus-based experiences preferred.
- 3 or more years’ teaching experience at the collegiate level, with diverse online, blended, and campus-based experiences preferred.
- For doctoral programs, demonstrated record of applied, professional, and/or theoretical research publications, conference presentations, and leadership within professional organizations in the faculty member’s domains of expertise (including those with an educational and/or instructional focus).
- For doctoral programs, experience supervising doctoral student research/investigation and managing doctoral dissertation/project processes a plus.

- Ability to work effectively, cooperatively, and flexibly in a team environment.
- Ability to physically work in the United States while performing all responsibilities of the position for Colorado Technical University.
