The Account Associate/Sales Support Specialist will establish and maintain customer relationships, drive engagement with clients as well as having multiple administrative responsibilities supporting the sales team.  The Account Associate will handle proactive and reactive sales requests while applying appropriate processes to enhance the client experiences.

As an Account Associate, you will have the opportunity to impact the growth and overall development of high potential accounts while coordinating with Account Managers and Sales Executives to ensure the timely execution of engagement opportunities.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales Executives to achieve objectives
  • Complete administrative duties for sales team
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business and our engagement model to help manage and influence business growth
  • Support existing opportunities and identify new opportunities to engage client, promoting the value of CTU’s educational products and solutions for the company and its workforce
  • Support Account Manager with telephone/emails/SFDC
  • Assist with special projects while ensuring consistency and accuracy of customer account deliverables
  • Provide responses to client inquiries in a professional manager
  • Provide daily support of business operations to clients
  • Prepare and deliver client account reports in timely and accurate manner

  • Familiarity with presenting to clients

Education and Experience:  Minimum

  • Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U. S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U. S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
  • Account management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working remotely
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on behalf of a college, university or other educational institution
