Education and Experience: Minimum
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 + years related experience in institutional effectiveness, performance measurement, and accreditation
- 3 + years management experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Competencies
- Experience with institutional research, institutional effectiveness, and accreditation at a Level III regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
- Experience with academic assessment
- Strong quantitative research skills.
- Proficiency with current statistical research software.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Experience in database or data warehouse design.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
