Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Competencies
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role
- Mastery of digital marketing channels at various stages of the customer journey
- Passion for the industry and our mission
- Desire to drive growth; data-driven and adept at working with numbers
- Experience managing direct reports as well as cross-functional relationships
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Education and Experience: Minimum
- BA/BS degree
- 8 years of experience in marketing
Education and Experience: Preferred
- Masters or MBA
- 10 years of experience in marketing
