Education and Experience: Minimum

Bachelor’s Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) required

5 + years of experience in an education related role
-
4 + year of management experience
Education and Experience: Preferred

Master’s Preferred from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
-
5 + years of experience with leading student advising in a post-secondary education environment.

3 + years of experience leading managers
