Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Competencies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated success using metrics to improve engagement, inquiry generation, and conversion
- Strong understanding of digital properties and how to provide actionable insights with data and audience segmentation. Familiarly with Google & Bing Ads and Google Marketing Platform reporting a bonus
- Solid analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills with the ability to derive and communicate key insights from data
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment while keeping projects on schedule
- Displays demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience: Minimum
- BA/BS from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- 3 years of experience in Marketing / Data Analytics or related roles
- Hands on experience with analytical, behavioral or digital analytical systems
- Basic SQL programming language knowledge
- Tableau experience
Education and Experience: Preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel including VBA programming
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 reporting
- Google Cloud / BigQuery experience
