- Two years' or more of prior teaching experience. Must be instructor qualified.
- Minimum three years in the Culinary/Hospitality industry.
- Contemporary cuisine (vegan, gluten free, molecular gastronomy, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge of wine preferred
