Required Skills
- Proficient in computer skills, Windows XP, MS Office with preferred knowledge of PeopleSoft

Required Experience
- Associate’s Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)required
- HR experience preferred, including working knowledge of employment law related to FMLA, OFLA, leaves of absence, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Supervisory/leadership experience
