Required Skills

Required Experience
  • Associate’s Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)required
  • HR experience preferred, including working knowledge of employment law related to FMLA, OFLA, leaves of absence, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Supervisory/leadership experience
