Education and Experience:  Minimum

• Bachelor’s Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) preferably in Business or HR Related field

• 1+ years of progressive HR/Employee Relations experience

• Working knowledge of employment/labor laws and regulations

• Previous project management experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
