The Access Administrator is accountable for managing all aspects of the identity management lifecycle for staff/faculty.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Monitor and manage daily operations of student finance operations including
· Provide oversight to user account provisioning/changes/deprovisioning processes, utilizing manual processes and/or IAM system (RAMP).
· Analyze and process service request queues for access requests and ensure service levels are met and required approvals are obtained. Continuously monitors for outstanding or aging requests.
· Monitor department mailbox and ensure timely responses/action.
· Conduct reviews of users, groups, file share permissions, etc. to meet security/audit/compliance/risk mitigation needs of the organization.
· Leveraging various reporting tools, apply effective updates on company-wide file resources with focus on least privilege principals and exposed PII data.
· Collaborates with other IT teams to ensure delivery of effective and efficient access management services.
· Provides subject matter expertise on access administration processes.
· Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), as needed.
· Provide support for access-related projects, as directed

Qualifications
Required Experience & Education
· 3 years’ experience in an IT security/access administration role, or similar area.
· Working knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Windows/NAS File structure & permissions, O365, Exchange.
· Professional security certification a plus
· Experience with Identity and Access Management tool(s) desired
· Manages IAM processes for approximately 5000 end users.
