EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM

  • Master’s degree is required.
  • At least four years experience in program coordination, academic administration, or related roles within an educational institution.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively create and sustain a collegial, collaborative, team-oriented environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using and learning various software applications and platforms for data management, record-keeping, collaboration, and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, student information systems).
  • Familiarity with academic policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing program-related documentation and records.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to formulate feasible and logical solutions on diverse issues in Academic Affairs.
  • Knowledge of educational trends, program assessment methodologies, and best practices in academic program management.
