Excellent PC skills and other clerical skills (phone skills, typing, filing)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software especially Excel
Working knowledge of CVUE, CMS, ECAS, SharePoint, SAW
Ability to manage and break down large amounts of data
Ability to multi-task
Effective organizational skills and ability to adjust on the fly with data requests
Strong problem solving skills and task management are essential
Skills to establish and maintain effective relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience: Minimum
Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Academic Advising Management
Education and Experience: Preferred
Master’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ Academic Advising Management and experience in statistical analysis and data reporting
