Education and Experience:  Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) or 2-3 years admissions experience

• 1-2 years of experience as a consultant in a professional setting

• Proven experience consulting with business managers and determining training needs and solutions

• Implementation of organizational development, training and/or change management initiatives

• Experience in facilitating team building interventions

• Prior performance coaching experience

Education and Experience:  Preferred

• Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Training or other related areas from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

• Facilitation certificate

• 3-5 years in management
