Education and Experience: Minimum

1-2 years of experience as a consultant in a professional setting

Proven experience consulting with business managers and determining training needs and solutions
-
Implementation of organizational development, training and/or change management initiatives

Experience in facilitating team building interventions
-
Prior performance coaching experience
Education and Experience: Preferred

Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Training or other related areas from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

Facilitation certificate
-
3-5 years in management
