• The candidate must be familiar with tools such as Microsoft Project and Team Foundation Server (TFS)

• Strong Communication Skills (verbal, written, organizational)

• Proven ability to lead complex IT projects

• Proven ability to meet project challenges head-on and overcome variety of technical and deadline restraints

Education and Experience:  Minimum

• 7+ years’ experience in Project/Program Management

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business or related field from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

Education and Experience:  Preferred

• Previous experience with the design, implementation and/or deployment of Learning Management Systems

• Experience with Mobile Application Developments projects

• PMI Certification preferred

• MS in Computer Science, Business or related field from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
