Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Competencies
- Solid organizational, project management skills, team management and leadership skills set; Ability to manage multiple projects a must
- Experience managing teams that are not co-located

Education and Experience: Minimum
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in higher education, organizational leadership, educational administration or related field
- Teaching experience at the college level, with experience teaching online required.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in academic administration which includes:
- Training, development and evaluation of college-level instructors, in face to face and online learning environments, and delivery methods
- Principles, techniques, and methods of instruction; learning theory, processes, and assessment; curriculum/course development
- A solid background in working collaboratively with academic leadership
- Experience with non-traditional students
Education and Experience: Preferred
- Doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution in higher education, organizational leadership, educational administration or related field
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in academic administration.
