  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication (oral, written, and listening) skills; comfort level in conducting outreach to alumni and learning about their successes.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple large projects at once.

  • A passion for helping alumni grow, develop themselves, and better their lives and their community.

  • Ability to motivate alumni to actively participate and engage in Alumni Association offerings.

  • Creative and solution-minded.

Education and Experience:  Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)

  • Three years supporting alumni relations and/ or student services in higher education

Education and Experience:  Preferred

  • At least two years of event coordination experience
