Education and Experience: Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- 3 - 5 years in a management experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a consultant in a professional setting
- Proven experience consulting with business managers and determining training needs and solutions
- Implemented organization development, training and or change management initiatives
- Experienced in facilitating team building interventions
- Prior performance coaching experience
Education and Experience: Preferred
- Degree in Business, Management, Training or other related areas preferred from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- Facilitation certificate
- Management experience a plus
